Delete your ProperQuote data

Choose the instructions for the native iPhone or iPad app, or the web workspace. These are separate copies of your records.

iPhone and iPad app: delete local records

You do not need to sign in on this website to delete the native app’s local workspace. First export anything you need to keep using More → Backup & restore. Then choose More → Delete my ProperQuote data in the app and read the confirmation before deleting.

This removes the local workspace from that device. It does not remove separate web records or copies you exported, emailed or shared. Remove those copies separately where appropriate.

Deleting data or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use More → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions.

ProperQuote must verify the account before deleting its private records.

What the web deletion controls remove

Your business profile and payment details, customer records, saved quotes, saved invoices and feedback associated with this account or current browser are permanently removed.

What web deletion does not remove

This does not delete native-app records on your iPhone or iPad, cancel an Apple subscription, delete your ChatGPT account, affect other ChatGPT services or recall copies of PDFs already emailed, downloaded, printed or shared. Those copies are controlled by their recipients or by you.
